This is the best place for pancakes and breakfast/brunch. This was first time coming and it is now a must attend when traveling to Arizona. The flavor of all items was just perfectly delicious. The service was wonderful and the waitress was attentive to our requests. Also, sitting outdoors under the misting fans was really wonderful.

This is one of the best breakfast places I've ever been to! I wish we had one in Washington state. The stuffed French toast was amazing and I would get it 10/10 times. The service is so quick, efficient and tentative. I could tell they had a hardworking crew. The restaurant is big with lots of seating indoors and outdoors to accommodate the crowd. The cali scramble was large portion and also very good. I would highly recommend this place. We waited 20 minutes on a Sunday a brunch for a table for 2 and it was definitely worth it. I hope to go there again someday!!!

A nice guy at our hotel recommended this place for breakfast when my dad was getting tired of the same things on the hotel breakfast buffet. We were so impressed with our first visit we had to come back the next day! The wait on a weekend can be long so come prepared. We waited about 30 minutes both times. Once we got seated our server was always prompt and food came out quickly. I'm not a fan of juice, I never drink it unless it's in the form of a mimosa, but their fresh squeezed oj has my mouth watering just thinking about it! The gluten-free menu designations made ordering easy and I loved their variety. One day I had their gf pancakes and the second day their avocado toast, both amazing. My family loved their meals as well. This is a hot spot for breakfast in the area so don't miss it, but come early to avoid the wait.

Labor Day weekend- This was my first time at this location- met a gf who I had not seen for a couple months so we thought it would be a great choice to catch up over breakfast. We got there at 8:30 and the wait was less than 30 minutes which was awesome! Our server was attentive and had great customer service and the food was fantastic! It was loud and packed with people .... Since it was Labor Day weekend we did expect it to be busy.... The only negative was we were basically kicked out of our table by the manager, we were there for literally an hour or less before the manager came and started clearing off our table and took our paid tickets and said thank you ladies.... (Hardly enough time to digest).....Which was our queue to leave..... it's a quick turnaround and you can feel that they want you to hurry up and eat and leave.... Which is not the kind of place we were looking for.... I was actually going to order a tea or cup of coffee but the queues to leave were so intense we decided to get up and go! I understand that it was busy, however, don't penalize the customers that are there trying to enjoy themselves..... just saying, an hour is hardly worth our time..... especially driving all the way from the west side, Surprise. Maybe we will try another location....

I splurged and ordered the Banana Creme Pancakes and added a side of pork sausage links. I love the sweet and salty combo. The pancakes and sausage were delicious. I won't even think about calories because they were rich and filling. Fresh squeezed orange rounded out my meal. This place is amazing but busy. Plan ahead

I'm staying near by, from out of town and grabbed a to-go breakfast order for my family and I on a Saturday morning. Everything was great, quick pick up time, food was hot, fresh, and included all the condiments without double checking. Pancakes were super fluffy, scrambled eggs were well cooked also very light and fluffy and the breakfast sandwich was a huge portion and well made. Will be back next time we are in town.

We usually hang out at Butterfields, where the breakfast vibes are just right, but when we're in a rush, Butters is our go-to spot. It's got a no-fuss charm, and the food hits the mark every time. Consistent and tasty, it's perfect for when you need a solid breakfast without the wait. It might not have the cozy feel of Butterfields, but it definitely gets the job done with a smile!

4.5 if possible! The pancakes stole the show. As a table we shared the blueberry danish cakes and a cinnamon roll cake. Both flavors were spot on, however the blueberry was my personal winner. The berry sauce was bright and delightful with the mascarpone filling. The only thing that left me a little wanting was the omelette (while very fluffy) felt a little under seasoned.

I have been wanting to go to Butters for a while and am glad that I finally had the opportunity now that I live closer to the location. Cute ambiance, and I went early (before 8am) to not have to fight with the weekend breakfast crowd. We got seated immediately. They also have coloring sheets and crayons for children. I noticed they had freshly squeezed juice. I wasn't in the mood that day, but I liked the fact they had juice. I ordered the tofu scramble with a pancake on the side. I ordered my kid the chocolate chip pancakes, and my husband got the egg white omelet. Overall, the food was good. My scramble and potatoes were on the oily side and coated my mouth. It didn't taste like a high-quality oil or butter. It dominated the taste of the food. Also, I was slightly disappointed by the pancake. It had the same oily taste but was also dry at the same time. I couldn't differentiate the taste from the pancake mix. I'm not sure it is better than other breakfast establishments I've gone to. The prices seem to be on par with most breakfast places, but the portions seem to be a bit bigger. I had a taste of the biscuit so in the future, I would get the biscuits and gravy.

Walking up to the restaurant we could see that there was already a long wait for the tables inside. We did come around 1030am on a Sunday. We opted to sit at the counter/bar area rather than waiting the 45 minutes for the table. We were served pretty quickly which was nice. The Chorizo Egg Burrito was amazing and the flavors blended well tremendously. I was only able to eat half of my burrito because of how full I got, but for days I was craving the other half of the burrito. And when I did get around to eating it, it still had the same taste. The decor on the inside was very simple yet pleasing. It really had the diner - farm to table feel to it. If you like freshly squeezed orange juice, then this is the place for you. Just make sure you come prepared to wait for a table on high traffic days or times. I would definitely come back and try the pancakes!
